At HealthBarn USA, we don’t want you to “mow the lawn” (you know – back and forth, same old thing, over and over). Bo-ring! We love it when people do things with their own style. Every day is a new and different adventure at the farm. We think you should make every day a new adventure too!

Here are some cool ways to break a sweat:
- Dance! Turn on the radio or your favorite CD and just move to the music. Or make it a group effort, and put together a routine with some friends.
- Jump it up! You don’t have to be Oscar De La Hoya to look like you’re ready for the ring! Grab a jump rope – inside or outside – and see how fast you can go. Make up some cool moves, or challenge your friends to a one-legged jumping contest.
