About Nutrition Workshops
Is tasty food and good nutrition a hot topic among friends and work colleagues? You have come to the right place to get informed and have fun, too!
These interactive workshops include a hands-on culinary experience combined with important nutrition and health topics, such as heart health, cooking with spices to reduce sodium, a healthy approach to weight loss, and more!
The workshops are taught by HealthBarn USA’s founder and national nutrition expert, Stacey Antine MS, RDN or our trained HealthBarn USA educators.
