HealthBarn USA proudly presents Chef Table Event: Party Planning
Perfected on Friday, March 3, 2017 from 6:30 – 9:00 pm featuring local Mom and party extraordinaire, Chef Christine Malloy, former Pastry Sous Chef at award-winning Gramercy Tavern, New York City.
Christine and our founder, Stacey Antine, MS, RDN teamed up to offer deliciously simple savory and sweet pastry recipes that will leave your cocktail party guests wanting more and in disbelief that these baked favorites fit within a healthy-lifestyle!
Chef Christine knows first-hand how hard it can be to juggle your personal and social life. As a local Mom, she loves spending time in and out of the kitchen with her family, but when it’s finally time to let her hair down and host friends, she doesn’t want to feel stuck in the kitchen. From her culinary experiences, Chef Christine has mastered the art of preparing the perfect party plates so that she can host and enjoy her own party.
You and the group will have the opportunity to be part of the preparation and discussion about her “baked” party dish menu created especially for HealthBarn USA in the privacy and comfort of a private dining experience.
What’s on the Tasting Menu:
– An assortment of delicious savory and sweet pastries that are all bound to be mouth-watering party favorites.
– Recipes will be distributed with nutritional analyses so you can make them for your next cocktail party!

About Chef Christine: A Ridgewood resident and graduate of the French Culinary Institute, Chef Christine trained at several New York City fine dining establishment including Peacock Alley at the Waldorf Astoria and One if by Land, Two if by Sea. Prior to working with private and corporate clients, Chef Christine was the pastry sous chef at The Gramercy Tavern in New York City. Christine shares her expertise in all aspects of savory and pastry preparation through personal and group instruction. She also loves donating her time by teaching classes
for charitable organizations and local school events.
