HealthBarn USA hosting a DIY Garden-to-Table Protein Bowls Night Out with Stacey Antine, MS, RDN, founder and author of Appetite for Life on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 from 6:30 – 9:00 pm.  Culinary bowls are all the rage at many fast food restaurants seeking to appease health-conscious eaters!  With the summer harvest at it’s peak, we wanted to share an evening of deliciousness to give you tips and recipes for making delicious grain, leaf or bean bowls at home!  You will be surprised how you can eat well, but slimmed down from the restaurant options.

Here’s the opportunity to enjoy an evening with people who love food and want to eat well for their health while meeting friends with similar values in the privacy of a home environment.

What’s on the Menu:
– Small plate mix and match appetizer to kick-off the evening;
– Visit to the garden to harvest produce for our main dishes;
– Demonstration of a variety of bowls options from proteins to whole grains and of course, healthy fats!
– Dessert is a surprise!
**Dietary restrictions can be accommodated.

Who’s Invited:
– Come solo, with friends or your partner — all are welcome!
– Space is limited to 18 spots, so reserve today.

Tickets are $65 per person and must be purchased in advance by reserving your space online by clicking here or by calling 201-444-2955 or email [email protected]
