Keep Calm This Back-To-School and Carry On
School will be back in session soon! Time to refocus the demands of family, work and school. Keep your cool and find your balance in this 1.5 hour interactive workshop on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 from 10 – 11:30 am at HealthBarn USA. Explore a variety of essential oils known to for their calm effects with local aromatherapist, Elizabeth Urciuoli. You will make your own aromatic bath salts to relax the mind and body. Elizabeth teams up with Stacey Antine, MS, RDN, founder and author, Appetite for Life, HarperOne who will be sharing and sampling healthy lunch and snack recipes and tips with you to keep your little peeps happy and healthy!
- Explore a variety of essential oils and organic herbs in the HealthBarn USA garden and learn all about their calming benefits;
- Make your own blend of aromatic bath salts to keep calm;
- Sample healthy lunch and snack ideas;
- Have fun with friends or join solo!
- 1.5 hours of interactive workshop including a take home activity;
- Tuition: $35 per person, limited to 25 participants;

Location: HealthBarn USA, 1057 Hillcrest Road, Ridgewood, NJ 07450, located withing the Irene Habernickel Family Park. Drive through the stone pillars at the Park entrance and proceed to the rear parking lot. Enter the stone house, not the white barn.
