Italian food is also the most popular cuisine, so what’s the secret?  Taste the healthfulness that is the base of the diet and learn about the nutrition behind this naturally anti-inflammatory, cancer fighting diet.  Through this hands-on culinary experience, you will be cooking fresh and learning, too!

Here’s the opportunity to enjoy an evening with people who love food and want to eat well for their health while meeting friends with similar values in the privacy of a home environment.

What’s on the Menu:
– Enjoy a delicious bowl of Southern-Style Minestrone Soup with fresh antipasto;
– Help make homemade raviolis pesto or marinara sauce served with a whole grain and vegetable salad and grilled veggies;
– All dishes will be drizzled with Olive R Twist Olive Oil Company deliciousness for taste and to demonstrate their versatility in home cooking;
– Dessert is a surprise!
**Dietary restrictions can be accommodated.
