We are all about being green this week in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day.  The Seedlings headed down to the garden yesterday to do the ultimate green activity — composting.  Then hurried back to the barn to make the Green Edamame Dip, click here for the recipe.  Edamame gives this dip its green color and packs it with protein!  Get your healthy fat from flax seed oil and walnuts, too while dipping away with carrots, celery or bell peppers.  You also can use it as a  spread on your favorite wrap — it’s delish.  Go Green!
