4 squares graham crackers (2 long sleeves)
½ cup blueberries, frozen
½ cup vanilla Greek Yogurt, non-fat
1 cup rice milk, plain (or milk of choice)
2 tablespoons flaxseeds, ground
- In a blender, place all ingredients in the pitcher and blend until smooth.
- Pour into 4 cups and distribute evenly.
Makes 4 servings (1 cup per serving).
