Blueberries are a nutrition powerhouse of antioxidants to give a turbo boost to the immune system.  This smoothie is delicious, refreshing and a great way to start the day nurturing the body’s natural defense system, and keeping bones strong. Cheers!

Ingredients:

4 squares graham crackers (2 long sleeves)
½ cup blueberries, frozen
½ cup vanilla Greek Yogurt, non-fat
1 cup rice milk, plain (or milk of choice)
2 tablespoons flaxseeds, ground

Directions:

  1. In a blender, place all ingredients in the pitcher and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 4 cups and distribute evenly.

Makes 4 servings (1 cup per serving).
